In this solo episode, I take a moment to reflect on the themes of connection, trust, and the impact of our nervous systems on leadership and personal growth.

I share experiences and insights from the October half-term holiday in England, wild swimming, and enjoying time with family… while my mind unpacked and worked through some of my recent ideas around the human side of leadership.

I muse through the diverse topics covered in recent episodes, from polyvagal theory and attachment in relationships to the role of anger and the importance of tuning into natural cycles.
