The 3rd in my founders series, representing a continued evolution in our whiskey education. In the early episodes of S1, Allison Parc introduced us to the concept of terroir, how a spirit is influenced by the natural environment wherein it's produced and what that meant to her and Brenne. Later that season, Colin Spoelman of Kings County dug deep into the importance of regionalization to the future of American Whiskey.
