A recent board meeting contained an important topic that deserves our attention. As most people know, East Noble has had a spate of high-profile bad outcomes with some of its professional staff.

Parents, grandparents and citizens; there is little else that is more important than guarding our children from harmful people and destructive ideologies. Many teachers are taught and certified by very woke universities. Our board has passed woke-friendly policies, supported woke-friendly books, and recently they approved DEI containing curriculum. And it turns out, we have indeed made some poor hiring and management decisions after all. 

In this episode we recap the simple ask by a conservative board member to be more informed before he votes on professional staff. That is followed up with several significant examples showing why hiring outcomes prove the need to improve hiring checks and balances. Finally, we start to explore the shallow arguments and manipulations by the legacy left-voting board members.
