In our first Business is Good podcast series entitled Good Place-ology, we focused on the Why – the purpose and foundations of Good Place, and the What – what are Good Place organizations aiming to accomplish.

In this second series we will focus on the How . . . we call it the Good Place Organization Operating System. The operating system is a comprehensive suite of tools and methods, a framework of 10 areas that can be applied in part to address specific needs or opportunities, or applied collectively to work together like puzzle pieces designed to bring about holistic picture of success to an organization, fulfilling principles, values, and success criteria derived from the Bible. These areas are organizational building blocks that work together to achieve the aims of Good Place organizations.
