All men need discipline. Life doesn't happen without it. At least, not much good happens in life without it. There are even many examples of non-Christian men who are shining examples of what a disciplined life can do for you. Jesus was certainly disciplined, but He also put His relationship with God first.

Today, with the onset of the Red Pill Movement and myth of the Sigma Male, some men are becoming hyper-obsessed with discipline in their lives, often at the cost of their relationship with Christ. See, Christ does want us to be disciplined, but He does it for a purpose, not just for the sake of being disciplined, not merely for that sensation of privilege that we think we earned because we did more pushups than the next guy, but for His glory and the expansion of His Kingdom.
