Leadership. It's a skill that needs to be developed. Not everyone is a leader. Not everyone will be a good leader. Every successful company needs to have a fearless leader. Great leaders are able to manage their people, motivate them, and implement resources to achieve measurable goals. I'm sure we've all experienced a bad manger at some point in our lives. Why were they bad? Today, I go over 5 characteristics that make a great leader and skills they use/possess in order to motive their teams. Proud of you, keep it up!

A Little About Me:
I am an Indiana native who migrated down to Central Florida. I started my career in Corporate America, but wanted more for myself and my family. I quickly found success in Roofing, specially, Tile Roofs. I moved to Costa Rica for five years and continued my entrepreneurial journey there with Real Estate Development. Those five years taught me the ins and outs of clay tile and have been specializing in Tile for over 35 years! I came back to America and now sit on the board for the Florida Building Code for Roofing. I'm also a member of the Florida's Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA). As I continue with my roofing business, I thoroughly enjoy helping and mentoring other entrepreneurs, guiding them to success!
