We have all heard of a work-a-holic, alcoholic, but what is a volunteer-a-holic? That is what Amy Tiemeyer. She has dedicated her life to helping others. She is a director of Community Impacts and non profit organizations. Prior to Amy's Community impacts, she was forging her way for others to follow in the military. As she explains, Amy was one of the first women to be part of the light Infantry. During her military career and paving the way for others, Amy was met with a lot of negative perspectives from her male counterparts. One of several charities that Amy works with, is to help veterans get service animals.
