Continuing with the Teaching Moments based on John Kotter's book, Leading Change, I discuss Barriers to Change. This is primarily focused on the supervisors and leadership of the DCGS Family, however, change is currently on-going throughout the Group and the Air Force as a whole. Barriers to change are a constant battle and effect all changes.
