Today's episode is a pivot around which the central conceit / conflict of the entire series turns, and it's, frankly, quite good. Or... at least half of it is.

In true Sorkin fashion what is a very compellingly performed and well-crafted epiphany on Toby's part has been counterbalanced within the script by the most batshit moon-frothing insane misogynist garbage interactions between Josh and Donna, and Sam and Ainsley.
