Practice what you preach more seriously.

1. Inspect superiority. Ask, "In which ways do I believe I am superior to others?"  Sit with it.  Contemplate it w/o judgement.

2. Recognize the illusion of superiority through studying whatever your "maker" is in your metaphysical belief system.  (e.g. Abrahamic? "God." Atheist? "Universe.")

3. Contend with it.  Let it go.  Whatever you do, DO NOT act on it.

4. Start saying and writing some shit.  Call it, "What you Preach."

5.  Practice THAT.
