In this episode, we will talk to Elif Kaya. She is a student and writer from Istanbul, Turkey who is driven to ensure that the young people in her country and around the world are aware of ways to take care of their mental health and have the support they need. 

She is the Founder & Executive Director of One Smile Effect, an organization that she started when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world. She saw there was a need, and both information and support were not readily available to the youth and so she took that brave initiative to start one and help the teenagers who need it.
