In this installment of the 23 Questions series, Jeff invites David Woolwine to share about his experiences and leadership insights.
David Woolwine has over thirty-five years of human resource experience. Before joining Sentara, he was Director of Human Resources and Director, Leadership and Organization Development for Inova Health Systems in Falls Church, Virginia. Mr. Woolwine currently serves as President of the Paraclete Group of Virginia, LLC. Mr. Woolwine retired from the Air Force Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel and as Chief Learning Officer of Sentara Healthcare. David and his wife Cindy are high school sweethearts and have three married children and ten grandchildren and reside in Williamsburg, Virginia. They are active in LibertyLive Church and serve as Connect Group leaders and strong advocates for children and families dealing with childhood cancer. David also serves as a Deacon.

Jeffrey W. Ganthner, DSL, AIA has 30 years of professional experience launching and leading organizations filled with architects, engineers, construction, and technology professionals. In addition to his architectural and engineering degrees and professional licenses, he has a doctorate from Regent University in Strategic Leadership and currently serves as a professor at Regent University teaching classes in leadership, organizational design, development, and optimization.
