So, you just found out that you have cancer,  but you don't now much more than that.  What do you do with that beachball of information you are trying to hold underwater? How do you break the news to your family, friends, the rest of the world?  Spoiler alert, you do it any way you want to, but do it deliberately because the narrative is just about the only thing you have any control over with this disease.
