Despite the advances of women in the workplace, men continue to significantly outnumber women in leadership roles. But men can also be part of the solution by opening the door wider and creating space at the table for all underrepresented groups.  In this episode, Liz and Alysia are joined by Eva Helén, author of "Women in Tech, A Book for Guys," to discuss the different stages of allyship and advocacy, what men are already doing to support women, and what it takes to really show-up for their women-identifying colleagues.
