Aren't we all flying blind in our careers? Literally, nobody prepares us for work. Or explains how work 'works. When we look back on all our career experiences and sometimes even 'career detours', we lacked so much guidance and self-knowledge. Long story short, in 2018, both of us had our 'enough is enough' moment and we started jotting down what we DO want to do with our careers. We started to realize that work is a balance between what you love, what you want to contribute to, and what you are good at - to keep the energy and fulfillment level high.
