Those are Roxanne's words. "I want to be this girl." It's one of the most compelling things she ever said. In the face of ALS...having no idea what was ahead of her...she recorded a video in which she told the world that her illness had changed her for the better. She had grown spiritually, she no longer cared what people thought of her, and she understood what was important in life, now. She declares that she never wants to go back to the girl she was before her diagnosis.
Listen as Johnny and Kristy discuss 2 Corinthians 4 and 5. Our "mortality can be swallowed up in life" according to these verses. What a promise and a hope!
