Today we talk about how we can start small as we move forward by practicing an Attitude of Gratitude. Say 5 things you are grateful for in the morning when you wake up - and 5 things you are grateful for at night before you close your eyes.
Resources: 1) Changing your brain.
By focusing in on our dominant thoughts and seeking positive input we can literally change our lives. The Power of Positive thinking gained scientific credibility in 2015 when Norman Doidge (a neuroscientist) published a book- ‘The Brain that changes itself’.
