I saw a post about Manny Pacquiao and Isko Moreno's stand on abortion.  I just wanted to shed some light about my stance on ProLife regarding rape victims who got pregnant, and the threat of pregnancy to the mother's life. Also I'll pitch in an idea I have that congress could pass into law, if you/they agree.
