In this episode Thomas sits down with LadyBeef Inc. Head Coach and Owner Alyssa Parten.  Coach Parten holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science and minor in Nutrition, dual Masters degree in Human Movement Science and Strength & Conditioning, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at the University of North Alabama.  Coach Parten continuously strives to learn and utilize a mix of the most up-to-date research, practical applications, and personal experience and experimentation, to better equip her athletes and in this episode she takes us through her journey from BS to PhD Candidate.
