People often ask me about my past and how I ended up where I am. I don't like to talk about my past much - not because I have anything to hide but because I like to stay focused on the future and where I am going.  In this episode I open up about some of my past events and talk about the importance of mindset and how it has gotten me through some traumatic events to where I am now.
