This is not my usual type of podcast, but at the same time...it sort of is.
For the past few years I've spent a lot of time working on myself. It hasn't been easy, and a few skeletons have appeared from behind doors I thought were fully closed.
While I know that sometimes it takes as long as it takes, it can be a lot easier if you stop running from what's right in front of you...
“We cannot live in a world that is interpreted for us by others. An interpreted world is not a hope. Part of the terror is to take back our own listening. To use our own voice. To see our own light.” ― Hildegard of Bingen
