These past two weeks everyone has had to adapt to the cornavirus outbreak, so this episode we talk over how we've settled into our new quarantined reality. It felt remiss not to address such a global event, so this week we share our own experiences social distancing so far including keeping up with the news, handling anxieties, and how to keep calm in what is a very unique situation.
