The Long and Winding Road to The Tick
Joshua Schubart grew up in the Long Island New York area. His childhood wasn't easy or a storybook, and it's easy to say that Joshua had a rough childhood. Joshua has struggled with a stutter, he's been homeless and he got bounced around in the foster care system.
Joshua tells us about how he discovered acting and comic books at a young age and how both of these things are what helped save him. And Joshua talks about the importance of Mental Health and the importance of asking for help and getting help when you need it, and even the forms of Therapy that have been helpful for him.
From a rough childhood has spawned a healthy acting career, a marriage and a new child. Joshua has become Focused on Forward in his life and is working with his family for a better tomorrow.
