This episode is all about balance. How balanced really are you? Did you know there are 12 elements of being, essentially 12 different categories that together make up what human beings need to be fulfilled?

In this episode Kayla walks you through the 12 Elements of Being, describing them in detail and asks you mentally evaluate your personal satisfaction in each category on a scale of 1-10, 10 being optimal satisfaction. This exercise brings to light any "gaps" between where you are and where you want to be. The closer all of your scores are to the same value, the more balanced your life will become.
