At one week before Christmas, come take some breaths of fresh air with me. This time is for YOU to enjoy, too! Let's go softly and let the joy, celebration, feasting, and thankfulness expand and spill over into these last days of the year. No need to go hard, exhaust, overextend, and come out on the other end depleted, resentful, or disassociated. 

In this episode I discuss some thoughts about the 12 Days of Christmas (guess what? it's NOT the 12 days leading up to Christmas!), Epiphany, taking the glorious, Jesus-bought permission to grow, evolve, and be on a journey of change as individuals. THAT takes bravery!

I also celebrate that this year, the Let's Talk Life podcast went from dreamy idea to a realized pursuit of creativity, connection, and community. THANK YOU for being here!
