Hello leaders :)

This week is a long one. Meet Andrew, our pun dealer and my friend, a picture of leading in the ordinary and through quite a bit of adversity. We talk about leading in the middle of racism, leading when your teammates reject you and while you are growing your self-esteem.

This episode was heavy and long and I will understand if its a bit of an adjustment. but we can do this. Talking to people takes time. And I hope you are here for it.
