Flashing is repulsive, shocking, and violating. If you have been a victim of flashing, hopefully you may find humor in it after the fact. Because really, if someone has to expose themselves to get off, frankly that is depressing.

1 in 10 women have experienced witnessing indecent exposure. When searching for statitics or information about indecent exposure, mostly law firms and lawyers came up in the results. It was said tha up to 60% of indecent exposures are not prosecuted.

Like I said, I lost all of my sources to my research and I regretfully do not have the exact links. I do remember reading that serial flashers often escalate to rape then murder.
