We wanted to release this interview that Alex got to do with Chris Bustard, a runner (and rower and skier and...lumberjack?) who's got a fun resume of beer miles and marathons and ultras. He finished the Vermont 100 this past weekend in the midst of a bad heat wave in the area and we figured it was time to have him on. We talked about his varied athletic endeavors, and how he got into running ultras and the really metal race he's got coming up next.
