The role of support workers is so important in nursing. We all know someone who really makes a difference day in day out. And we all know someone who could become a support worker. 

Recently we celebrated National Nursing Support Workers’ Day for the amazing work that all support workers do across all organisations.

Graham Staddon, one of our support workers at Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke, was interviewed by BBC Radio. He talks about how he became a support worker and what it takes to do the job.
