Today we discuss what is a mentor and how that differs from a coach. Mentors come and go, but they are meant to provide us with invaluable insight on an industry that we are in or closely related to. Finding a mentor can be tough at times, but in all in the approach. We need to be genuine with our intentions, go into the interaction with the notion of making friends. A Little About Me:

I am an Indiana native who migrated down to Central Florida. I started my career in Corporate America, but wanted more for myself and my family. I quickly found success in Roofing, specially, Tile Roofs. I moved to Costa Rica for five years and continued my entrepreneurial journey there with Real Estate Development. Those five years taught me the ins and outs of clay tile and have been specializing in Tile for over 35 years! I came back to America and now sit on the board for the Florida Building Code for Roofing. I'm also a member of the Florida's Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA). As I continue with my roofing business, I thoroughly enjoy helping and mentoring other entrepreneurs, guiding them to success!
