It doesn’t get much more authentic than Dr. Brittany McKinley. She is refreshingly real. As a practicing dentist and owner of Mint & Ivory Dentistry, she takes great care in making her clients feel comfortable. She has even enlisted the help of two therapy dogs to sit with patients when they are in her chair. Aside from working extremely hard to reach her dream as a dentist, she has experienced many trials. Just a couple of years ago, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and endured traumatic treatments. She was then left with limited choices on completely her dream of having a third choice. She discusses her journey to finding a surrogate very close to home (or should we say work) and the emotions that have come with that journey.
