Jeff is leading the new Utah Works statewide telework program that is tasked with the rollout of converting 2,500 state jobs to remote by the end of 2020. Jeff shares findings from a pilot study and how implementing remote work will help improve everything from traffic and air quality to productivity, retaining talent, and saving tax dollars on the construction of new buildings.
