What’s it like to be in charge of service and support for a company that sells around the world? Well, for Brad Xanders, it means also being available to help 24/7. Literally. As Manager of Customer Service & Support for Subsite, Brad runs a department of four who all are on standby to help customers whenever they need it. 2:30 am? Yep. Sunday during the big football game? Yep. The world doesn’t stop, and neither do these guys. 

As you might guess, you got to love it to be in this biz. But Brad has always been a guy who is all in, like when he joined the Navy out of high school and was part of a submarine tender team that worked on nuclear submarines. Yikes!
