In this episode I talk about becoming a Grandma or Nana as I am called, for the third time with the birth of my third granddaughter. I decided to film outside on my iPad instead of in studio (the apartment ;-) to further inspiration from the outdoors and go to the park where the first two granddaughters played before they moved. I talk about how quickly they learn and grow. What I learned from these amazing babies and now little girls. How important it is to take care of myself to keep my energy up. Wrapping up with giving myself grace of any mistakes I made as a Mom and knowing perfection as a Nana is not expected.
