What do you think about when you think about what brings stability into our life? There are foundations that are crucial to help us endure the hardships of life. The Bible talks a lot about joy and the many benefits it provides in our life. If you're like me I'm sure at times you would have a hard time defining what joy really is let alone what it feels like.
In this episode we will look at a few more of joys benefits and the strength it provides for us. I hope you are beginning to see how important of a foundation joy can be in our life and how necessary it is for a stable and balanced life. Joy is also an important part of our life because when others are glad to be with us it helps us form a strong and stable identity and character.
So much of my life I thought it was through learning and information that would lead me to make better decisions that would help me make the changes I needed to make and desired. I have found that's it's not information that changes us but the power of joyful relationships in our life. We have the advantage of living in the New Covenant where Jesus dwells in our heart and lives in constant communion with us. It's important we learn how live connected and close to Jesus daily and when we do we'll notice an incredible resilience and resolve to endure through life's hardships.
