Amanda interviews Sandra Dyck, Director of the Carleton University Art Gallery. Sandra shares a candid account of how she feels about her leadership responsibilities and how she’s working with her team as they navigate the roller coaster ride of pandemic times. Through intentional dialogue and listening, Sandra also shares her approaches to understanding the departments’ various stakeholders as they work to collaborate, improve the quality of their relationships across community boundaries and always have an eye to providing spaces for progress.
