S2.E6 - The Nature of Golf

Listen Later

35 million golf balls are lost every year, which equates to a large amount of rubber production. The most traditional way to extend the life of a golf ball is to play with golf balls that you find, or try to not lose them in the first place. Most of these golf balls are dinged up and don't perform as well as a newer golf ball. Tomorrow Golf is a company on a mission to change that narrative. They produce golf balls that are made from a 100% recycled rubber core and can meet the performance of a brand new ball. Lukas Peterstorfer, co-founder of Tomorrow Golf, joins the podcast in a discussion about the sustainability of golf, access to nature, and how golf is turning the corner towards a more sustainable sport.
