I own a payroll service company. We provide payroll and associated services and products to small business nationally. We are payroll compliance experts and have credentials and experience our competitors don't have.  What were some small shifts in your mindset that you started doing to help get you to where you are today?: Grew up in a small business. Military experience Military experience not being valued by business community. College Corporate life Starting a small business Working with other small businesses   What breakthroughs have you had in life?: getting shot at meeting my wife losing a daughter to cancer starting a business losing a wife to strokes 

Leaders are readers. What was a book that assisted you in life or is your "go to" for motivation/inspiration?: The E-Myth revisited by Michael Gerber.
