Hometown hero Aïsha Vertus, also known by her music alias, Gayance, is a bubbling fountain of knowledge on all things music and all things Montreal. With roots that go deep in the city, Gayance is now spreading her talents in DJ-ing and music production around the world, with second homes in Belgium and Brazil. Her musical style is eclectic, pulling on all sorts of genres, with a certain penchant for broken, garage beats mixed with the emotion of Samba and jazz.
