The Chicago Bears are likely to keep Ryan Poles as their general manager heading into the 2024 offseason. However, Poles has some serious decisions to make about the future of the Bears organization.

Poles needs to decide if the recent wins are enough to keep Matt Eberflus around beyond 2023. As it stands, he's only won nine games in just less than two years. However, the team's recent success on defense and their ability to put wins together might be enough to sway Poles into keeping Eberflus around.

Poles also needs to decide on what to do with Justin Fields. The team will likely own the first pick in the 2024 NFL Draft thanks to the Panthers. Will Poles trade the pick for a haul or draft a new quarterback like Caleb Williams or Drake Maye?
