Ryan Poles needs to make a decision about Matt Eberflus and Justin Fields. They are not necessarily connected but in this mock offseason Ryan Poles decides to move on from both Fields and Eberflus despite recent speculation by NFL insider Ian Rapoport about Eberflus returning.

Justin and Rob put their Ryan Poles hats on and go through free agency and two rounds of the 2024 NFL Draft. Should the Chicago Bears stick with Justin Fields or draft Caleb Williams? What about Drake Maye or Marvin Harrison, Jr.? Wouldn't you love one of Olu Fashanu or Joe Alt at left tackle? The opportunities are endless.
