When last we left our adventures. Lost in the Underdark, pursued by Drow, and their only motive is to find a way to of surface world. Except for Matilda, fairly sure her motives are to become an evil lich overlord. Our heroes came face to face with the Demogorgon and managed a heroic retreat. Armed with the fact that a demon lord is alive and well in the material plane we find them adrift in the Darklake and figuring out their next steps. Of course there's another hero we should speak of,  a sun elf paladin whose fate we will soon find out.

Season 2 is run using the D&D 5e Ruleset created by Wizards of the Coast and uses the Out of the Abyss compaign book as framework to help tell the story.
