What's up good leader people! How is everyone? It has been a while. I am grateful for space and the encouragement that this small emerging community is working. People were really kind and told me to take care of myself. I am back. Refreshed and excited to serve to be with you.

This week's guest is a colleague of mine in more ways than one. We share a love for leadership and design. We have an extensive history having been in two leadership programs, AIESEC and ALX.  

We talk about

  • How his desire to do something bigger than himself sent him into leadership.
  • How he built a team and organization in his school from scratch
  • Why it's important to volunteer, going on exchange.
