We were made for community.  Community is in our DNA.  When God created man, he made him to be in community with him.  God himself is in perfect community, by nature of the trinity.  He lives in this perfect community with himself and wants to have community with us.  That sounds great, but the big problem is, we are human, and humans tend to make everything messy.  We ultimately want community, we desire connection, but there are so many obstacles that we create for ourselves and that the world creates for us.
