The month of May is Mental Health Awareness month - On this episode the boys sit down and have an open, honest discussion about Mental health, we talk about the first time we became aware that it was something we needed to pay attention to, we also discuss some of our experiences and struggles. We talk about the struggles as black men, self imposed and societal expectations on how we should express emotions and deal with life's stresses.
