In 2023 - your business besties felt like life kicked into second gear. Individually our businesses grew to new heights (and some changed completely) and together, our podcast reached its first anniversary - a huge milestone for us.Through all of lifes many adventues, the good and the bad - we sit down in this poddy to share what we feel is "the need to do it all" and as cliche as it sounds, YOLO!Maybe, in the rush to keep up, we forget to find our own groove and set a pace that feels right rather than saying YES to everything and then trying to manage the tiredness and exhaustion that comes with it.
