Another episode for Endometriosis awareness month except this one is where I go really personal and tell you the vulnerable parts of my endo journey. By sharing my journey I hope to give you feelings of "I'm not the only one" or "if she can heal, so can I!"
I talk about moments from my worst endo flares, how I dealt with 3 laparoscopies, to chats with my gynaecologist about my fertility at the age of 20.... But I also give you some advice on how i have slowly healed my chronic illness and what I changed in my life to do so.
I don't want this episode to be one of poor me, look what I've been through or wanting sympathy at all. I want it to be one that is relatable to many women, one that is spreading awareness of how vulnerable we become when living with a chronic illness and one that makes women feel heard, seen & loved!
It can be so hard, but if you want to start to heal your endo, then please have a listen tot his episode! And share it around to your friends and family or anyone who might need to hear this! If I can slowly heal my body, so can you! You just have to START!
