I do love Sundays don’t you? I am becoming an ardent supporter of simple, slow living. With the chaos we’re all in, it is imperative that we look after our mental health and adapt self care practices that would protect our emotional, mental and spiritual being. This episode is personal to me. I am sharing a piece of myself through a poem. I am no writer but was inspired to write this a few minutes before recording. Hope that the words will resonate with you and inspire you. This is a message God placed in my heart while prepping for the podcast.
