Laura is a  proud mommy of one silly little one, a bonus mom of one amazing teenager and married to her best friend, Jason. 

Laura is an infant and toddler sleep specialist, certified by the Pediatric Sleep Academy! She is an Army veteran going on 13 years originally from NY and now living in DE since 2015.

She absolutely love supporting families with kids from infancy through 5 years old getting the proper, restful and restorative sleep they need. 

The sleep habits that are taught are healthy, safe and become lifelong skills with behavioral, health, mood & appetite benefits.
