How do you prioritize your client experience? What is the relationship you want to have with your clients?
In the very first episode of Season 3, I sit down with Marina Skendzic to talk about the importance of a personal brand, how to stay in touch with clients in a significant way, and why it’s important to create an impactful client experience.
Marina is a wife, Realtor, Creative, and Investor. She is passionate about teaching people how to create generational wealth through real estate and financial literacy. In business, she is friendly and approachable, but when it’s time: she is not afraid to “show her teeth” in tough negotiations.

- The importance of mentorship to help us evolve personally and professionally
- Tips for building valuable newsletters
- Creating personal touches that are valuable and matter to clients
- Marina’s journey with personal branding
Top 3 Business Challenges:
- Building systems in order to provide more consistent value (such as email lists, mailing system, having a CRM and actually working out of it, creation of customized buyer/seller guides, etc).
- Educating clients (on the crazy market, buyer education, interest rates). It can feel like information overload.
- Dealing with Imposter Syndrome in terms of stepping into her brand persona fully.
